Registration deadline: March 20\, 2017 \nCourse Content: \n\nDeveloping a human resources plan\, performance standards and structures for communication and input\nMeet human resource requirements through recruiting\, hiring and retaining staff and subcontractors\nIdentifying importance of training/skills upgrading\nHow to encourage employee involvement\nHow to understand compensation schemes\nHow to identify job functions and tasks required\n\nDuration: \nOnline home study 10-15 hours with quizzes and assignment. How do you deal with an employee in a safety-sensitive role who has a medical marijuana licence? Are they still allowed to perform their safety sensitive job? If an employee with a licence says they need to use their marijuana at the workplace\, how is this addressed?
